Microsoft Atlanta Campus

In February 2021, Microsoft announced plans for a 90-acre business campus in Atlanta's Bankhead area, its only campus other than the company headquarters in Redmond, Washington. In a joint announcement with Atlanta's mayor and Georgia's governor, Microsoft president Brad Smith said the company will consult with the Atlanta community before deciding "what to build and how to build it."

Village of Rowlett

Village of Rowlett is a mixed-use rental community consisting of 249 workforce housing units and 16,600 square feet of retail. It is strategically located in the city of Rowlett just off President George Bush Turnpike, a primary link to major employment centers such as the Telecom Corridor and CityLine. The TOD project also benefits from its proximity to the DART rail station, which is just steps away and a 45-minute ride to Dallas.

Assembly

Atlanta, Georgia
A $1.5 Billion Phased Master Planned Development

We are in the business of developing efficient, mixed-use communities that are centered around major transportation hubs. The goal is to encourage more connected, accessible, and active lifestyles. Assembly is a 165-acres, progressive, adaptive reuse Transit Oriented Development (TOD) community; a one-of-a-kind hub for art, technology, creativity, living, recreation, and commerce. Every part of this unconventional development is specifically designed to meet the needs and desires of its citizens and neighbors — whether individual, civic, or corporate. From residential lofts and food halls to a rail park and a film studio to workspaces, makers’ spaces, and public spaces, this seamless, multi-purpose urban destination holds a surprise around every corner. Assembly will honor the site’s heritage while redefining it as a vibrant, new urban enclave. The former automobile plant and shipping yard will become home to: The Yards, The Commons, and The Campus.
